Kyle Newsom is a Texas-based founder, co-founder and operator whose work spans automotive fixed operations, business development, consulting, operational execution and leadership development.
Kyle began his career in his family’s automotive service business, where he learned the fundamentals of frontline operations, accountability and disciplined execution. He progressed from automotive technician to fixed operations leadership and has spent nearly two decades leading teams, improving performance, implementing scalable systems and developing leaders.
As a Co-Founder of VISPERIO, Kyle helps automotive dealerships strengthen fixed operations through training, consulting, accountability and execution. He is also the Founder of The Kamber Group, the public name of KAMBER LLC, a business development and consulting company.
Kyle supports Experience Ventures in operations and leadership development. He has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Bald Business LLC, Vic Keller’s umbrella company, effective October 2025.
His operating philosophy centers on turning strategy into consistent execution, building cultures of ownership and equipping people to perform at a high level.
Kyle has appeared on automotive leadership and fixed operations programs and has published practical guidance for dealership operators.
